The Role
This is a hands-on senior position sitting within the Client Team. You'll own and lead a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, oversee consulting and consumer research projects, and play a meaningful role in business development. What You'll Bring
- 6+ years in account management or client servicing within a marketing, research or strategic agency - a background in qual/quant research is a must
- A proven track record of growing and retaining senior client relationships
- Knowledge, experience, and drive for the drinks market
- Comfortable discussing market research methodologies (qual and quant) — researcher experience not required
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and cultural trends
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
- Organised, autonomous, and able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
- A genuine curiosity about what people drink, where, and why
What's On Offer
- Competitive salary + personal and company bonus
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Monthly team socials
- Alternating Friday half-days
- Pension scheme + home-working equipment budget
- Real exposure to global clients, markets and cultures
- The chance to grow with an ambitious, independent business
