- Owning P&L, margins, and profitability across all international territories
- Identifying NPD opportunities, market-specific products, and premiumisation strategies
- Conducting annual pricing reviews and managing 6-monthly stock forecasting
- Working closely with Marketing to align budgets and brand activation at a market level
- Delivering monthly commercial performance reporting to senior leadership
- Prioritising key growth markets, including Global Travel Retail and the UK
What We’re Looking For

- Strong international market experience with a track record of distributor management and market development
- A natural people leader who can motivate, develop, and hold a team accountable
- Solid understanding of the UK and GTR markets, ideally with USA market exposure too
- Experience working with VIPs and HNWIs
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment — comfortable with ambiguity and able to influence at all levels
- An affinity for the culture and dynamics of a family-owned, people-first business
Please note this role can be remotely based, preferably in the London area or in Scotland. This opportunity will require approx 10% international travel per year. To apply, please submit your CV and remuneration. Candidates must be based in and eligible to work in the UK.
