A fantastic opportunity to own and grow a leading premium drink brand's presence across the South West. This is an autonomous, commercially critical field sales role for someone who builds genuine customer partnerships and loves putting a great brand in front of more people. You'll be responsible for driving distribution, visibility and revenue growth across a defined territory, working with On Trade, wholesale and convenience accounts to deliver consistent NSV growth and a strong in‑market brand presence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Growing distribution across On Trade, wholesale and convenience channels
  • Building deep, trusted relationships with key regional customers and operators
  • Executing seasonal and regional activation plans in the market
  • Identifying and winning new business opportunities across the South West region
  • Defending and growing share against strong local competitors

What We're Looking For

  • Proven regional field sales experience in FMCG — ideally drinks or the licensed trade
  • Strong knowledge of the South West market, its customers, channels and dynamics
  • A relationship-first approach with genuine credibility at the buyer and operator level
  • A track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts
  • Existing relationships with IFT customers, wholesalers and/or RTMs
  • Experience managing On Trade accounts with some wholesale or convenience background is a plus, as is familiarity with cider, beer or soft drinks categories.
