A fantastic opportunity to own and grow a leading premium drink brand's presence across the South West. This is an autonomous, commercially critical field sales role for someone who builds genuine customer partnerships and loves putting a great brand in front of more people. You'll be responsible for driving distribution, visibility and revenue growth across a defined territory, working with On Trade, wholesale and convenience accounts to deliver consistent NSV growth and a strong in-market brand presence.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building deep, trusted relationships with key regional customers and operators
  • Executing seasonal and regional activation plans in the market
  • Identifying and winning new business opportunities across the South West region
  • Defending and growing share against strong local competitors

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven regional field sales experience in FMCG β€” ideally drinks or the licensed trade
  • Strong knowledge of the South West market, its customers, channels and dynamics
  • A relationship-first approach with genuine credibility at the buyer and operator level
  • A track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts
  • Existing relationships with IFT customers, wholesalers and/or RTMs
  • Experience managing On Trade accounts with some wholesale or convenience background is a plus, as is familiarity with cider, beer or soft drinks categories.

The Person:

You're someone who treats their territory like a business. You own your results, act with urgency, follow through on commitments and find solutions rather than problems. You bring warmth and consistency to every customer interaction and represent brands with real pride.
