Are you a senior account leader with a genuine passion for the drinks world and a background in Qual/Quant research? Our client is a specialist drinks consultancy working with some of the biggest names in the industry, and we're looking for an experienced Account Director to join a small but ambitious team.

The Role

This is a hands-on senior position sitting within the Client Team. You'll own and lead a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, oversee consulting and consumer research projects, and play a meaningful role in business development. Think global client calls in the morning, new business lunches at noon, and strategic debriefs in the afternoon. No two days are the same. You'll also line-manage and mentor Account Managers and junior team members, working closely with the Strategy team to ensure insight delivery that genuinely moves the needle for clients.

What You'll Bring

  • 6+ years in account management or client servicing within a marketing, research or strategic agency - a background in qual/quant research is a must
  • A proven track record of growing and retaining senior client relationships
  • Knowledge, experience, and drive for the drinks market
  • Comfortable discussing market research methodologies (qual and quant) — researcher experience not required
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and cultural trends
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
  • Organised, autonomous, and able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
  • A genuine curiosity about what people drink, where, and why

What's On Offer

  • Competitive salary + personal and company bonus
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Monthly team socials
  • Alternating Friday half-days
  • Pension scheme + home-working equipment budget
  • Real exposure to global clients, markets and cultures
  • The chance to grow with an ambitious, independent business

If drinks and research consultancy are your world and client leadership is your thing, please apply, including your CV and current remuneration details.
