Hybrid role with travel to North of England office

Are you a dynamic and creative brand marketer with a good understanding of brand marketing & NPD development, working on leading drinks or FMCG brands? Are you driven to join a fast-paced and dynamic drinks business?

Our client is a premium drinks business on a meteoric growth trajectory with considerable investment and a fantastic range of brands. We are searching for a brand marketer with a strong creative & activation background to develop and manage the creative standard for the dynamic portfolio of brands across all touchpoints.

You’ll be a creatively led marketer with the skills to prioritise, plan and deliver high-impact brand campaigns and lead the development of packaging innovation. In this role, you can expect to enjoy a high degree of autonomy and play an important strategic part in the future of the business and brands. Key Responsibilities

  • Classic brand marketing exposure gained in an FMCG consumer goods environment
  • Campaign planning, management and delivery.
  • Strong creative vision, an abundance of creative ideas and the skills to translate brand identity into compelling campaigns.
  • A sharp eye for consistent, impactful brand identity.
  • Project management. Ensuring activity is delivered on time, to budget and within brand objectives
  • Good NPD exposure working with mainstream brands and delivering a relevant and innovative brand pipeline.
  • Translating brand identity to create a compelling consumer proposition across all trade channels.
  • Strong exposure to dynamic mainstream drinks or FMCG brands

Candidates must be based in the UK and eligible to work there. This is a hybrid role but will require relatively regular work in the North of England.
