We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to represent our trusted brand across a strategically important territory from Birmingham up to Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of a well-established region, driving sales and strengthening customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow existing customer accounts across the Midlands and North England
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Provide technical product support and guidance on Fluid Controls offerings
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Report on market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical accuracy
- Based around Manchester, Liverpool, York, or surrounding areas for easy access to the full territory
- Proven field sales experience in a technical or engineering-based environment
- Knowledge of instrumentation, valves, fluid control systems or similar is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
- Full UK driving licence
