We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to represent our trusted brand across a strategically important territory – from Birmingham up to Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of a well-established region, driving sales and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts across the Midlands and North England
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Provide technical product support and guidance on Fluid Controls’ offerings
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Report on market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical accuracy

Ideal Candidate:

  • Based around Manchester, Liverpool, York, or surrounding areas for easy access to the full territory
  • Proven field sales experience in a technical or engineering-based environment
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, valves, fluid control systems or similar is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
  • Full UK driving licence
