We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our Equity Release Advice team. In this role, you will conduct high-quality outbound sales calls and provide regulated advice to customers, ensuring every interaction leads to appropriate and positive outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring experience in Mortgage or Equity Release sales, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and be comfortable managing high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing the best financial products based on the customer’s individual needs and wants.
- Completing sales calls with our customers, providing regulated advice, and making suitable recommendations on income protection, critical illness cover and life insurance.
- Following up on leads and chasing for updates with back-office support so you can focus on advising.
- Maintaining high-performance standards and staying up to date with industry regulations.
- Achieving minimum targets with meticulous care and attention.
- Upholding personal performance standards of excellence.

Role requirements:
- Essential: Proven experience of working successfully to sales targets, CeRER qualified, ability to respond quickly to training and adapt to changes within the industry, proven experience in outbound sales, objection handling, able to carry out processes in a compliant manner, able to demonstrate achievements against a wide range of competencies, experience in a busy sales environment.
- Desirable: Current or recent experience in a regulated finance company, strong IT skills including the use of the full Microsoft package, experience of working successfully in a team and also individually, experience of using bespoke software.
