Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Designer located in Belfast. (4 days in the office & one WFH day) The Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as creating brands, working on digital websites or apps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additional tasks include developing creative brand campaigns, refining design drafts, and ensuring that designs align with client goals and company standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma)
• Experience in branding, websites & brand activation
• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• 3+ years agency experience
• Motion ability (Premier Pro, After Effects, Cinema4D & Blender) is a plus.
