Salary: £24,800 per annum

Contract: Fixed Term until 28th May 2027 (Maternity Cover)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team on a fixed term maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and contributing positively to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for new sales enquiries
  • Manage daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent telephone manner, communication and organisational skills
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Is confident answering phones and using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Has strong attention to detail
  • Can manage priorities effectively in a busy environment
  • Previous experience in sales or a similar role is desirable but not essential
