We are Fluencers Group — one of the UK’s fastest-growing TikTok Shop focused agencies. We work with brands including Grenade, ViDrate, Nutrigums and other major names helping scale their TikTok Shop presence through content, ads, affiliates, Lives and full account management. We are now looking for a TikTok Shop Strategy Manager to join the team full time. This is not a freelancer or agency role.

We are looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes TikTok Shop. Someone obsessed with:

  • What brands are scaling
  • What creatives are converting
  • What affiliates are winning
  • What TikTok are pushing right now
  • What the US market is doing before it reaches the UK

You will work alongside a large internal team including:

  • Ad managers
  • Affiliate managers
  • Live managers
  • Creators
  • Editors
  • Account managers
  • Campaign managers
  • Senior leadership

Your role is to strategically oversee and improve performance across client accounts.

You will help shape strategy across multiple TikTok Shop brands by:

  • Reviewing ad creatives and feeding back on what is/isn’t working
  • Strategising around content based on performance data
  • Reviewing TikTok Lives and identifying gaps/opportunities
  • Refining affiliate strategies and creator performance
  • Carrying out competitor research daily
  • Monitoring industry trends and platform changes
  • Researching what is working globally, especially within the US TikTok Shop market
  • Helping us identify new opportunities for regional expansion
  • Working closely with the wider team to implement improvements fast

This role is heavily strategy focused. You won’t be doing everything yourself — you’ll be directing, improving and planning with the wider team underneath you.
