We’re looking for a Junior Designer who leans more toward the technical side of design than purely artistic work. If you enjoy building, experimenting, and working on interactive and visually engaging projects, this role will suit you well. You’ll be working across 3D design, application design, and quality assurance (QA), collaborating closely with developers and contributing to exciting, hands-on projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating and working with 3D models and animations for digital products
  • Supporting application and interface design (with some front-end exposure)
  • Collaborating with developers to deliver designs into production
  • Assisting with design handovers and implementation workflows
  • Contributing to QA processes to ensure designs function as intended
  • Working on a variety of creative and technical projects

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong interest in technical design (more “builder” than purely visual artist)
  • Experience or familiarity with 3D design tools, especially Blender
  • Exposure to tools such as Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, or other Autodesk visualisation tools
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including tools like Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Some understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS/JS basics is a plus)
  • Awareness of version control (e.g. branching workflows)
  • Experience working with developers or participating in design handovers

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience across multiple Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
  • Experience using the Blender Geometry Node and Shader editors
  • Exposure to QA or testing processes
  • Interest in or experience using AI tools in design workflows (e.g. generative design, automation tools)

Mindset & Attitude

  • Curious and willing to learn QA and technical processes
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, developer-led environment
  • Open to experimenting with new tools, including AI
  • Excited to work on fun, innovative projects

Why Join Us?

  • Work on creative, tech-driven projects
  • Gain hands-on experience across design, development, and QA
  • Learn from a team that values experimentation and growth
