What you'll do: We are currently looking for a driven specialist in Technical Manager - Process ASEA.

As a senior representative of the business, you will be required to network, present, and constantly liaise with a range of stakeholders within the EPC’s & Customers’ hierarchy to secure RFQs.

It is essential you are a strong communicator with the ability to efficiently navigate your way to the decision-makers and deliver your message whilst developing lasting relationships.

You will have the ability to develop and implement a range of short and long-term strategies designed to target, engage, and convert sales that could take anything from a couple of weeks to several years to see to fruition and will have varying degrees of complexity.

Strong process background would be advantageous, but not essential.

What you bring: Have experience in Capital Sales involving projects and/or systems Extensive Sales experience in the mining industry, in particular, Fixed Plant Capital equipment Must have sales experience in any of Crushers, Mills, HPGR, Screens, and Thickening.

Have good knowledge and understanding of the FLSmidth product range Networked with the major mining companies & EPC’s within the Australian Market.

Be technically minded with mechanical aptitude (mechanical trade, process, or mechanical engineering highly regarded).

Have excellent relationship development skills.

Be confident, friendly and can work autonomously.

Be highly motivated with a desire to succeed.

This is a key role within the business and requires someone with the personality to adapt to various situations and a determination to make things happen.
