  • Assisting with the daily running of the practice
  • Managing the office admin calendar
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Organisation of the office space
  • Responsible for keeping office plants alive (they’re part of our creative, green office environment!)

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need any previous office experience – we’ll teach you everything you need to know. But we are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, helpful, and a team player
  • Organised and keen to learn
  • Confident using a computer (basic Word, email, internet skills)
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual

We particularly welcome applicants who live close to or have an easy commute to Putney.

Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important!
