About FLOX
FLOX is a Logistics Services Marketplace and Orchestration (SaaS) platform changing how businesses buy and manage outsourced logistics. We replace fragmented, relationship & spreadsheet heavy processes with a tech-driven, transparent platform that allows logistics services to be sourced, compared, and managed more efficiently, helping both buyers and providers of logistics services maximise revenue, utilisation, and margins.
Role Description
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to drive buyer acquisition for the FLOX marketplace. This is a hands-on, execution-first role focused on outbound selling and near-term results. You’ll spend most of your time prospecting, speaking to buyers, and closing deals, not building GTM strategy or managing teams. You’ll be fully enabled with tools, data, and support from day one and expected to hit the ground running. Full-time, remote/hybrid role for UK-based candidates.
What you'll do
- Proactively hunt and acquire buyers of outsourced logistics (SME/Mid-Cap CPG manufacturers and distributors)
- Run outbound sales end to end: prospecting, outreach, discovery, demos, closing
- Build pipeline and close deals independently across self-serve and sales-assisted motions
- Use HubSpot and our sales stack to manage deals and activity
- Work closely with Operations to onboard buyers smoothly
- Feed real-world buyer insights back into messaging and execution
About you
- 2–4 years’ experience in B2B sales (logistics-tech, supply chain SaaS, or adjacent enterprise software)
- Proven new business hunter, comfortable with outbound sales, confident closing deals E2E
- Experience selling to SME or mid-cap businesses
- Familiar with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and outreach tools
- Curious, resilient, and comfortable learning a complex domain quickly, motivated by results
We offer
- Competitive base salary with strong commission-based upside (PAYE)
- Full sales enablement from day one (tools, ICPs, data)
- Remote-first, flexible working environment
- Home-office setup allowance and equipment
- Opportunity to grow with a category-defining logistics platform
