What you’ll do
- Own key sales territory performance within our regional branch structure, delivering agreed revenue, margin and cost targets.
- Drive sales growth through proactive demand generation, effective management of inbound enquiries and disciplined pipeline management.
- Ensure strong quotation quality, conversion rates and pricing discipline in line with regional budgets.
- Analyze territory performance data to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities alongside external territory manager.
- Report to the Regional Branch Manager to manage, support and develop a busy internal branch sales territory.
- Provide accurate forecasting and regular performance reporting.
- Develop and deliver local territory plans to grow market share and strengthen regional presence.
- Ensure customer enquiries are handled professionally, efficiently and within service levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional customers and stakeholders.
