Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop accounts across your region to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and compressed air systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, including purchasing and engineering teams.
• Prepare and deliver compelling quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Take ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow‑up and conversion.
• Collaborate effectively with internal colleagues to deliver exceptional service and technical support.

About

• Degree‑educated (Engineering, Technical, or Business disciplines preferred).
• Some prior experience in sales or a commercial role, looking for next step.
• Confident, professional, and skilled at building relationships.
• Driven, organised, and results‑oriented.
• Genuine interest in engineering and technical solutions.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Full UK driving licence essential.
