This exciting role is with Thorite, the UK's leading independent specialist in compressed air, pneumatics, and fluid power, part of the respected Flowtech Fluid Power Group. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth across the Leeds region within the Fluid Power market.

Responsibilities

  • Growing and managing a sales territory across a diverse customer base
  • Developing new business and nurturing existing accounts

  • Working closely with internal sales, technical, and procurement teams to deliver projects

Qualifications

  • Strong B2B sales background and experience managing a territory
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, organised, and commercially aware
  • Understanding of engineering, pneumatics, hydraulics, or fluid power is advantageous but not essential
