About Burgess Farms

The Role

• Support day-to-day production and help lines run smoothly
• Learn lean manufacturing principles & drive efficiency
• Collaborate with supply chain & technical teams
• Support quality, safety & health standards
• Get leadership experience managing small teams on the factory floor
• Contribute to projects like packaging optimisation and process improvements
