The Role
As a Sales Support Executive, you will play an important role in the efficient and professional handling of customer enquiries within your region. You’ll support internal sales activity by processing orders, preparing quotations, and helping maintain strong customer relationships while contributing to branch sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Preparing quotations and following up to support sales conversion
- Supporting upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
- Providing administrative and operational support to the Regional Key Account Manager
- Escalating complex enquiries when required to the Branch Manager or Key Account Manager
- Maintaining accurate records within CRM and order management systems
- Coordinating with internal teams regarding stock availability and order fulfilment
- Contributing to branch sales targets and customer satisfaction
