About You & What We’re Looking For
Are you a driven and results-focused sales professional with experience in fluid power? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where you can make a real impact? We’re looking for a Key Accounts Manager to effectively manage spending and potential customers within a designated territory. You’ll be proactive in growing profitable sales, developing new business, and delivering exceptional customer value.
If you have a strong commercial mindset, a history of achieving sales targets, and are comfortable with proactive selling activities, this role is perfect for you!
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for designated key customers, providing excellent service and ensuring strong relationships
- Drive sales growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within your territory
- Maximise opportunities in cross-selling, up-selling, and increasing own-brand penetration
- Execute regional sales strategies and support external territory managers
- Monitor and act on commercial performance, including quotes, pricing, and agreements
- Engage in proactive sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation
- Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external sales to optimise sales performance
- Maintain and utilise CRM systems for reporting and pipeline management
What We’re Looking For
- Industry experience in fluid power, hydraulics or pneumatics
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, ideally in a targeted environment
- Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive profitable sales
- Confidence in proactive selling, including cold calling and high-energy sales activities
- Experience using CRM systems for managing accounts and sales pipelines
