This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional with strong pneumatics, hydraulics, industrial or engineering knowledge — or proven commercial acumen — to take ownership of a defined territory, lead customer engagement, and drive profitable growth.

The Role

As Senior Sales Support Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing customer relationships while driving revenue performance across your territory. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, building long-term, trusted partnerships
  • Driving profitable sales growth through proactive business development, cross-selling and up-selling
  • Managing and expanding your customer base, ensuring all quotations and enquiries are followed up to maximise conversion
  • Working closely with external sales, administration, and customer service teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes
  • Supporting stock management in collaboration with the procurement team
  • Representing Flowtech alongside account managers on customer visits and at trade shows when required
