The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual with early career sales experience to take on a more challenging autonomous position. You’ll be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts and promoting our innovative engineering solutions to a wide range of industries. Working closely with your regional manager and internal teams you’ll identify opportunities, prepare proposals and deliver solutions that meet customer needs, all while building long‑term partnerships that drive growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage accounts across your region to achieve growth and profit targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within hydraulics, electronics and compressed air systems.
  • Build strong relationships with purchasing, maintenance and engineering teams.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals and presentations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal sales, technical and procurement colleagues.
  • Take ownership of your territory leads and pipeline management.

About You

  • Degree‑educated (Engineering, Technical or Business discipline preferred).
  • Already working in a sales or commercial environment and ready for your next move.
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship‑building skills.
  • Motivated, organised and driven to deliver results.
  • Curious about engineering and technology with a practical mindset.
  • Full UK driving licence essential.
