Business Development Executive - Temp to Perm

GENDA Europe is hiring a Business Development Manager (UK)! We operate a wide range of businesses in entertainment, including Amusement, Karaoke, Character Merchandising, Food & Beverage and Contents & Promotions (e.g., movies, interactive contents). We operate approximately 800 amusement arcades such as “GiGO” and the karaoke chain “Karaoke BanBan” in Japan and abroad, as well as approximately 8,000 mini-locations (non-staffed gaming corners). We operate business in Japan, the United States, mainland China, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, the Middle East and Vietnam with a global team of over 12,000. As a Business Development Manager, your focus will be on identifying and driving new growth opportunities in the UK, with a primary emphasis on the arcade machine business, such as claw machines. Proactively identify growth opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, on-site visits) to secure new business. Arrange and deliver presentations via web or face-to-face with potential clients. Stay updated with industry trends and perform competitor analysis. Proven experience in business development or store development, sales strategy, and new business generation. Results-oriented with the ability to analyse performance and take action.
