Business Consultant – ERP System
On-Site, Manchester
The position:
For our client, we are looking for a Manufacturer Business Consultant located in Manchester.
About the business:
The business is an award-winning market leader in ERP systems. They have offices in multiple countries and are looking to expand to the UK.
What you will be doing:
In this Business Consultant position, you will lead the implementation of the ERP system from start to finish, as well as advise clients on updates and optimal usage of their purchasing, planning, production, and logistics processes, while supporting successful ERP implementations.
Who you are:
You have experience in working for manufacturers and have worked with ERP systems. You are driven and proactive. You can also build trusting and long-lasting relationships with customers.
Required experience and skills:
Professional background in finance roles within manufacturing, e.g. CFO, business controller,
finance manager, or similar.
- Solid knowledge of accounting, financial flows, and reporting in a production company.
- Strong understanding of product costing, contribution margin (CM) calculations, and cost drivers.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Ability to manage projects and work independently.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
