This position is also responsible for the installation, visual inspection, and set up of machines and equipment within expected quality and safety guidelines. The machines and equipment may be manual, or computerized.This is a first shift position Monday through Thursday from 5:30 am to 4 pm.**Responsibilities:*** Operate and maintain balancing machines and equipment* Will use hand tools such as die grinders, belt sanders, and angle grinders.* Ensure a smooth flow of production.* Involved in solving production and technological problems.* Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions.* Basic shop math skills.* Comply with established guidelines and procedures.* Adhere to all Safety Procedures & Policies.* Ability to read and follow route sheets/Blueprints.* Ability to train new machine operators.* High level of organizational skills.* Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, or related environment.* Able to stand for long periods, repetitive arm motions, frequent lifting with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.* Other duties as assigned.**Requirements:*** 3-5 years of relevant experience* Experience with grinding machines**Experience / Skills:*** HS Diploma/GED* Experience in manufacturing or similar field.* Experience balancing machines is preferred* Experience using and interpreting blueprints* Basic computer skills.Flowserve offers competitive pay, annual bonuses, medical benefits on day 1, generous paid vacation time, paid holidays, 401(k) and many other excellent benefits! #J-18808-Ljbffr
