Responsibilities
- To provide efficient and effective on site repairs to client's refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and to offer a high level of customer service at all times.
- Attend sites wearing company uniform and presenting company identification.
- Carry out maintenance or repair cost effectively on client systems.
- Provide advice and technical support to the client.
- Compile clear and concise job reports.
- Provide liaison between the client and Flowrite Services Office when required.
- Work to agreed SLAs.
- Work safely and assess the nature of each task, ensuring your own safety, and that of others who may be affected by your operations.
- Report any issues on site straight away to your regional supervisor, or operations manager.
- Provide feedback to operations manager if you identify areas the company can improve on efficiency and service.

- Permanent Contract
- 20 days annual leave per annum, rising 1 day per year after 3 years service, to a maximum of 25.
- Overtime available.

- Normal Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00.
- Rest time on call in line with guidance (11 hours).
- Standby allowance of £125.00 per week on a rota basis.
