Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer - M1 Corridor (Leicestershire/Coventry/Cambridge/Hemel Hempsted locations considered)

Responsibilities
- To provide efficient and effective on site repairs to client's refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and to offer a high level of customer service at all times this will be achieved by including (but not restricted to) the following:
- Attend sites wearing company uniform and presenting company identification
- Carry out maintenance or repair cost effectively on client systems
- Provide advice and technical support to the client
- Compile clear and concise job reports
- Provide liaison between the client and Flowrite Services Office when required
- Working to agreed SLAs
- Work safely and assess the nature of each task, ensuring your own safety, and that of others who may be affected by your operations
- Report any issues on site straight away to your regional supervisor, or operations manager
- Provide feedback to operations manager if you identify areas the company can improve on efficiency and service

- Permanent Contract
- 20 days annual leave per annum, rising 1 day per year after 3 years service, to a maximum of 25
- Overtime available

- Normal Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
- Rest time on call in line with guidance (11 hours)
- Standby allowance of £125.00 per week on a rota basis
