If you are looking for job security and the scope to progress, we offer excellent career opportunities as a rapidly growing business, employing 700+ people across the UK.ResponsibilitiesTo provide efficient and effective on site repairs to client's refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and to offer a high level of customer service at all times this will be achieved by including (but not restricted to) the following:Attend sites wearing company uniform and presenting company identificationCarry out maintenance or repair cost effectively on client systemsProvide advise and technical support to the clientCompile clear and concise job reportsProvide liaison between the client and Flowrite Services Office when requiredWorking to agreed SLAsWork safely and assess the nature of each task, ensuring your own safety, and that of others who may be affected by your operationsReport any issues on site straight away to your regional supervisor, or operations managerProvide feedback to operations manager if you identify areas the company can improve on efficiency and serviceDetailsPermanent Contract20 days annual leave per annum, rising 1 day per year after 3 years service, to a maximum of 25Overtime availableOpportunities for progression within companyNormal Working Hours: 08:00 17:00Rest time on call in line with guidance (11 hours)Standby allowance of £125.00 per week on a rota basisUse of company vanLimited private use of company mobile phoneUniform providedAll PPE providedExperience RequiredF-GAS category 1 or equivalentPrevious experience working on various types of refrigeration equipment such as pack systems,VRV/VRF systems and chillersExcellent problem solver with a dynamic approachAble to actively build and develop relationships with both colleagues and customers.Strong verbal and written communication skills.TPBN1_UKTJ
