About us: Flowrite is the UK’s leading National Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Company specialising in reactive repair, maintenance and installations within the Leisure & Hospitality, Retail, Commercial and Public sectors. Working closely with the Contract Administrators, Parts Team, Operations Management and Suppliers, the Commercial Administrator will be responsible for costing & invoicing all works that fall within the commercial queue. Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated Commercial Administrator to support our commercial team in managing contracts, financial tasks and administrative duties. The role involves liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth business operation. The ideal candidate will have a full understanding of works associated, and take ownership of all works from an administration point of view, including but not limited to: * Monitor jobs costs, ensuring alignment with client rates on our in-house system whilst maintaining 100% accuracy. * Raising invoices to our clients and uploading onto various customer portals. * Investigate, manage and solve any supplier queries/price discrepancies with suppliers and internal staff. * Dealing with day-to-day enquiries from suppliers, clients, engineers and external contractors. * Processing of Sub-Contractor invoices monitoring costs and ensuring we are billed correctly. * Ensure queries/escalations are actioned immediately & communication is provided back to the reporter in a timely fashion. * Maintain a strong commercial focus and ensure all tasks remain financially profitable. * Highlight any issues or solutions to the Commercial Manager where necessary. * Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients. * Ensure positive/helpful ethos exists in team and office. * Undertake any other duties as requested by the business. Details: * Permanent Contract * Office based position from our Head Office in Maidstone * 20 days’ annual leave per annum * Opportunities for progression within company * Normal Working Hours: 8.00am-5.00pm
