Must relocate to the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands – in the Carribean.

This position is located in the Turks and Caicos Islands at Flowers by EA (flowersbyea.com), the leader in floristry in the region, renowned for some of the premier weddings and events in the Caribbean. Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented Business Lead and manager who is also an experienced Senior Florist or Experienced Florist. This person would manage one or both of the following – Events and Weddings, Retail Hotels Delivery. The successful candidate will be the central role in our busy and successful floral business, contributing to both commercial and event operations, as well as our retail offerings. There will be base and bonus and variable compensation and housing allowance.

There will be base pay, variable pay, bonus, and housing allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire events and weddings business.
• If interested and with the right team and capabilities and experience manage both the Events and Retail business.
• Manage teams to design and create stunning flower arrangements for weddings, events, hotels, villas, and retail customers.
• Work independently to execute unique and personalized floral designs.
• Manage and supervise a diverse team of florists, assistants, retail managers, drivers, cleaners, and event setup experts.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their floral needs and preferences.
• Ensure the timely delivery and setup of floral arrangements for events and venues.
• Oversee retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales.
• Contribute to the overall creative direction and vision of Flowers by EA.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the Events and Weddings business.
• Able to communicate to management and accounting.
• Proven experience as a Senior Florist or Experienced Florist in a busy and successful floral business.
• Strong design skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Experience in weddings and events as well as retail flowers
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of floral trends, flower varieties, and event design.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
