Who are we? Meet Flowd. We are one of the fastest-growing marketing brands in the UK and we are looking for a Client Director to lead the success of a portfolio of clients and own the outcomes we deliver for them. We work with some of the world’s most interesting brands and have big aspirations to become the leader in our space. Our international team of 35 is based across Manchester (UK) and Skopje (NM), and we are expanding our services fast around the world.
We aren’t looking for your average employee. We are looking for someone who puts clients first, takes ownership of their success, and wants to help build what comes next at Flowd.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the full campaign strategy for every client in your portfolio, which is supported by our built AI automations.
- Direct the BDE and Data Engineer on the client requirements.
- Approve scripts, ICP, targeting and launch the campaigns.
- Run the client relationship from Sales handoff through onboarding, reviews, renewals and expansion.
- Turn performance data into decisions: weekly forecasts, account-health scoring and in-flight campaign changes.
- Operate the Client Brain through our Claude-powered AI workspace to draft, critique and direct every campaign output.
- Spot churn risk early, lead renewals end-to-end and close upsell opportunities with a value-led pitch.
- Act as the first point of contact for all client communications and escalations. Handle difficult conversations directly: underperforming campaigns, missed expectations, scope disputes.
What you’ll need:
- B2B experience in client success, account direction, sales or agency strategy ideally in outbound, SaaS or performance-led services.
- A track record of owning client outcomes, not just client relationships.
- Fluency with AI, especially Claude, you can prompt, structure, critique and ship.
- Comfort with CRMs, Instantly, and modern outbound stacks.
- Level-headed under pressure, commercially minded and decisive.
- Marketing mindset to understand campaigns - not essential.
- The ability to think on your feet and build rapport with a wide variety of characters from different industries and backgrounds. Proactive and results-driven.
What’s in it for you:
- Working in our city centre office.
- 2 days working from home, 3 days in the office.
- Opportunities to work in different countries with travel paid for!
- Handsome commission structure.
- Flexible working hours.
- 25 days holiday (plus UK bank holidays).
- Christmas shutdown period on top of your annual leave allowance.
- Birthday off & early Friday finish.
- Dog-friendly office.
