We’re one of the fastest-growing marketing brands in the UK and are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who is as comfortable building and running campaigns as they are setting strategy. This isn’t a role where you hand things off and wait for results. You’ll be in the detail writing briefs, reviewing copy, checking data, building automations, and making sure the output is always at the level it needs to be. You’ll sit directly below the CMO and within a small team. You’ll own the strategy and will be given ownership to build and grow the team, but you’ll also be doing some of the work. That means real accountability for outcomes: leads generated, campaigns delivered, channels performing, and a department that runs smoothly. We want someone who is genuinely AI-forward in their approach to marketing, someone already using modern tools and always looking for a smarter, faster way to get results.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Marketing strategy & budget: Create the plan, own the budget, and take responsibility for what it delivers.
- Campaign execution & QA: Be involved in building campaigns, not just approving them. Every piece of output meets the standard.
- AI automation & workflows: Build and maintain the AI-powered systems that make the team faster and more consistent.
- Tracking, reporting & CRM: Own the numbers, HubSpot accuracy, CRM hygiene, and reporting.
- Lead generation performance across outbound email, LinkedIn, paid, and organic.
- New channel & tool testing: Evaluate new platforms, run structured tests, and make recommendations on what to scale.
- Website & brand: Keep the website moving forward and maintain brand consistency across every channel.
What you’ll need:
- 4+ years of hands‑on B2B marketing experience.
- Experience running outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns end-to-end.
- Confident working inside HubSpot on reporting, automation, and CRM management.
- Genuinely AI‑forward and you already use AI tools day to day.
- A strong eye for quality copy, design direction, and campaign messaging.
- Comfortable being held accountable to outcomes, not just outputs.
- Some experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
Nice to have:
- Hands‑on experience with Clay, Apollo, PhantomBuster, Heyreach or similar data and enrichment tools.
- Experience building automations in Make, n8n, Zapier or similar.
- Revenue Ops or GTM experience, you understand how marketing connects to the pipeline and revenue.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
- Background in a fast‑growth, agency or startup environment.
- Experience managing external SEO, PPC or creative partners.
What’s in it for you…
- Working in our city centre office.
- 2 days working from home, 3 days in the office.
- Opportunities to work in different countries with travel paid for!
- Handsome commission structure.
- Christmas shutdown period on top of your annual leave allowance.
