We’re one of the fastest-growing marketing brands in the UK. We are on the lookout for a top-tier Head of Business Development to drive the company forward and to continue our outstanding growth. We work with some of the world's most interesting brands and have big aspirations to become the leader in our space. We have an international team of 40+ based across Manchester (UK) and Skopje (MKD) and are expanding our services fast around the world. We aren’t looking for your average employee, we’re looking for a leader who can implement and maintain a high standard of sales activities:
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Report directly to the CEO, leading Flowd’s global sales function
- Own the overall sales strategy, budget, and profitability goals
- Design and execute strategic plans to achieve aggressive revenue targets and expand our customer base
- Build and scale a high-performing sales team through recruitment, onboarding, and coaching
- Deliver regular 1-1s, training, and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement
- Create a strong, ambitious sales culture where KPIs are exceeded consistently
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and deal structures to secure long-term value for Flowd
- Maintain a solid CRM process, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Analyse performance using key metrics and report to senior management weekly and quarterly
- Identify, research, and capitalise on new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
- Represent Flowd at industry events and networking opportunities to fuel business growth
- Work closely with our Head of CS and Head of Service to ensure we have the right fit clients.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as a sales team leader, manager or other relevant leadership role
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must have a proven track record of building and executing sales strategies to penetrate, close, and manage business
- The ability to think on your feet and build rapport with a wide variety of characters from different industries and backgrounds
