This role is a HYBRID and full-time position. We’re one of the fastest-growing marketing brands in the UK and are looking for a top-tier Business Development Manager to help drive the company forward and continue our outstanding growth. We work with some of the world’s most interesting brands and have big aspirations to become the leader in our space. We have an international team of 40 based across Manchester (UK) and Skopje (NM) and are expanding our services fast around the world. We aren’t looking for your average employee. We’re looking for someone willing to contribute ideas, go above and beyond, and be part of our journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Qualify potential new clients. They may have the budget and the need, but it’s just as important for us that our clients share the same values as us, allowing the team to achieve a long-term and enjoyable partnership.
  • Prepare eye‑catching proposals and presentations to pitch our services to potential clients. You will use your sales instincts and your personality to turn a prospect into a client!
  • Maintain a well‑organised sales pipeline and track leads, opportunities, and deals.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure a win‑win outcome.
  • Support onboarding your new clients with Client Success ad-hoc calls throughout the month, checking in with clients.
  • Proactively prospecting through self‑sourced and company‑provided leads.

What you’ll need:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a role focused on winning business. (Experience in lead generation or a digital marketing agency is a plus)
  • Confidently presenting both virtually and face to face with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
  • The ability to think on your feet and build rapport with a wide variety of characters from different industries and backgrounds.
  • Proactive and results‑driven.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients.
  • Able to navigate complex deals and close them effectively.
  • Strong time management skills and looking to improve processes and maximise opportunities for high efficiency.
  • To be a genuine team player, both in the office and in our darts team competitions.
