You will be at the heart of how our customers, partners, and internal teams unlock the full potential of our platform. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences — from hands‑on workshops and certification programmes to eLearning content and presales support — that accelerate adoption and drive real business outcomes. Responsibilities
- Deliver basic and advanced training sessions online and occasionally on‑site for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Facilitate interactive workshops and enablement sessions, including collaborative modelling, requirements engineering, and Q&A.
- Create tailored enablement roadmaps, including role‑based learning paths.
- Support presales activities with demos and proof‑of‑concepts.
- Contribute to internal and external training initiatives.
- Produce eLearning content (text and interactive modules).
- Create video tutorials and short‑form learning content.
- Build and maintain certification programmes.
- Set up and manage training sandboxes.
- Represent Flowable at events.
- Foster a community of practice and enable internal consultants and other roles.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in training, enablement, consulting, or solution delivery within enterprise software or automation, with hands‑on involvement in process modelling and implementation projects.
- Strong facilitation and teaching skills; able to deliver engaging sessions to technical and business audiences.
- Ability to quickly understand customer requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including storytelling and visual design for demos and workshops.
- Familiarity with API integration patterns (e.g., REST API design).
- Ability or willingness to create and adapt training content for different formats (presentations, eLearning, videos, interactive labs).
- Analytical mindset to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Collaborative and adaptable team player, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and customer needs in fast‑paced, international environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience with business process modelling and automation tools — Flowable (Design/Work/Control) or equivalent platforms such as Camunda, Appian, Pega, or Appway — including familiarity with modelling standards (BPMN, CMMN, DMN).
- Familiarity with Flowable tech stack: Java, Web Development (TypeScript, React), Cloud Infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Fluency in additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish.
- Experience with interactive content tools (e.g., H5P) and video editing.
- Experience working with AI tools such as Claude for content creation, coding and process improvement.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Additional certifications in BPM, Agile, or Business Analysis are a plus.
