As the Head of Sales for UK&I and Nordics reporting to our global management team, you will be responsible for driving direct enterprise sales, winning new logos, and expanding Flowable\âs footprint across UK&I and the Nordics. This is a highly handsâon role in a lean team, ideal for someone who thrives in a hunter environment while shaping the commercial strategy.
What you\âll be doing: Direct Sales Execution â You will personally drive new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and converting enterprise prospects, with a strong focus on winning new logos and accelerating subscription revenue growth.
Pipeline Generation â Build and execute a targeted outbound strategy to generate highâquality opportunities across priority verticals and markets. You will lead by example, owning a significant share of the pipeline creation efforts.
Strategic Expansion â Manage and grow key accounts through upsell and crossâsell activities, ensuring Flowable becomes a longâterm strategic partner for our customers.
Team Leadership â Work closely with a highâimpact commercial team. Provide dayâtoâday coaching, ensure methodological discipline, and help establish scalable sales processes as the region grows (Player/Coach model)
What you bring: Are you motivated by closing deals, breaking into new accounts, and driving the commercial success of a forwardâlooking technology company? Alongside strong negotiating and influencing abilities, you\âll also bring:
At least 10 years of enterprise software sales experience, including a proven track record in direct hunting roles within product companies
Experience leading a sales team and driving team performance in a fastâpaced environment
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize commercial and goâtoâmarket strategies
Strong knowledge of the \âDigital Enterprise\â space and related industries
Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and PANT
A wellâdeveloped enterprise network, ideally with strong reach in financial services
Previous experience with openâsource technologies, subscriptionâmodel software, or BPM/automation platforms is a strong plus
