Profile: As a Deputy Manager for our client, you will be at the very centre of the customer and team experience.
Taking accountability for the centre in the absence of the General Manager.
We are looking for a Deputy Manager with a strong focus of people management, development and somebody who has the capacity to progress onto the companies General Manager in Waiting programme.
The role is varied, exciting and challenging.
Your responsibilities will range from coaching and mentoring the team on shift, to ensuring the centre is a safe and fun environment for customers.
You will be hands on across all areas of the busy centre.
