Our client is one of the UK's largest and most progressive Leisure Centre operators. They are currently looking to recruit a Contract/Area Fitness Manager to oversee fitness strategy and delivery at their leading leisure facilities in Sheffield.
Responsibilities:
- Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification.
- Ensure the fitness teams achieve their goals through the consistent delivery of personal training, group exercise sessions and meaningful gym floor contact.
- Actively and consistently promote the company's vision and values.
- Be both a role model within the centres and encourage a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike.
- Implement a clear retention strategy and set up key targets for the teams to deliver and achieve.
In addition, you will have experience with accounts and supervising a team of fitness professionals, and you must have strong commercial acumen. Working hours will cover daytime, evening, and weekends.
