Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team supporting children and young people aged 8 17 with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs and learning disabilities. About the Role: You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment, helping young people thrive. Working alongside the management team, you ll support staff, lead shifts, and contribute to high-quality care planning and delivery.
