Our client is one of the UK’s largest and most progressive and dynamic leisure operators. They are currently recruiting for a Sales Membership Manager based at their leading new launch facility in Northampton.
Leading a busy team, you will take an active lead in the growth of membership at the site.
What your role will be:
- Provide a line manager role supporting the Membership Advisors to maximize on every opportunity.
- Work to set KPIs and targets.
- Meet with the team on a regular basis to monitor performance and ensure that the team are supported in line with our spirit values.
- Manage the team with the philosophy to ensure that everyone’s a member.
- Look at how our client can convert users to members.
- Develop a high level of customer service and ensure excellence at all times.
- Empower your team, ensuring they become subject matter experts with a supreme level of product knowledge on all aspects of the facilities and the customers' needs.
- Ensure administration and systems are kept up to date and compliant.
Your background:
The successful applicant will have experience of working within a Membership management or Sales manager or consultant background. You will need excellent communication skills as you will be required to liaise with external and internal customers/staff.
