Our client is looking for an inspiring and knowledgeable Regional Quality Advisor to join their team and play a key role in driving quality, curriculum excellence and outstanding outcomes across their nurseries in the Midlands, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who loves sharing their expertise, developing people and making a difference across multiple settings.

You'll be at the heart of their quality strategy, supporting nursery leadership teams to deliver the very best in early education and care.

Working closely with the Head of Early Years, Regional Business Managers, Area Managers and Nursery Managers, you'll have the opportunity to influence, inspire and embed best practice, helping nurseries achieve strong Ofsted outcomes and, ultimately, give every child the very best start in life.

If you're ready to take your Early Years expertise beyond one setting and make an impact across an entire region, we'd love to hear from you!

Please note: This is a field-based position involving regular travel across the Midlands, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, with occasional overnight stays.

  • Inspiring leadership teams: Working alongside Area and Nursery Managers to build confidence, strengthen leadership and embed sustainable best practice.
  • Developing exceptional curriculums: Supporting managers to create engaging, bespoke and high-quality curriculums aligned with the company's philosophy.
  • Unlocking potential: Identifying opportunities for transformational improvement and developing targeted strategies to achieve exceptional outcomes for children.
  • Providing expert guidance: Offering hands-on and remote support during inspections and regulatory visits, including unannounced visits.
  • Using insight to drive change: Analysing quality data, RAG ratings and audit outcomes to identify risks and take proactive action.
  • Sharing knowledge: Delivering engaging quality training, sharing best practice and ensuring policy updates are understood and embedded.
  • Championing inclusion: Acting as a trusted expert on safeguarding, SEND and inclusive practice, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive. What you'll bring

Above all, you'll be passionate about quality, committed to continuous improvement and motivated by making a genuine difference to children's futures.
