Qualifications

  • childcare and education qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3
  • previous experience managing a room or team within a nursery setting
  • formally a management qualification is desirable but not essential
  • current First Aid qualification
  • sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • thorough knowledge of safeguarding procedures
