Our client is seeking a professional and detail-focussed Payroll Co-ordinator to deliver the monthly payroll function across their multi-site organisation.
The role includes payroll processing, pensions administration, payroll reporting, reconciliations and supporting managers and employees with payroll-related queries and system use.
The role
The role works closely with HR, Finance and Training and is responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records and robust payroll processes across the organisation.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with
- End-to-end payroll experience
- Knowledge of payroll systems and reporting processes
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work to strict payroll and reporting deadlines
- Professional and confidential approach to work.
Experience of Select Pay, Planday, LGPS & NEST pension schemes would be advantageous, although training will be provided
