You will have the freedom to make a significant impact by driving the financial and commercial performance across all four revenue streams: Food, Drink, Amusements, and Bowling/Golf. You will be fully accountable for achieving your budget and KPIs, driving profit, and sharing in the success.

To be successful, you should have:
