Deputy Nursery Manager Threshers Day Nursery is looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our warm, welcoming and nurturing nursery. Your Main Role and Responsibilities As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will: Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery. Lead and support staff to deliver high-quality care and education. Ensure the nursery operates in line with the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements. Support staff development through guidance, mentoring and positive role modelling. Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community. Support the monitoring of children's learning and development to ensure high-quality practice. Help maintain a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment for all children. Step into the Nursery Manager role when required to ensure the smooth running of the nursery. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who: Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
