4 or 5 days per week. Our client is a leading ethical childcare provider dedicated to providing the best possible care and education for children. Our client is looking to recruit a qualified Nursery professional to assist the manager and the deputy in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring that children, parents and the staff team work together to provide high quality childcare and ensuring room layout supports the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage. You need to be qualified to level 3 in childcare or equivalent. You should also have some supervisory experience as you will be managing members of staff.

Your role as a third in charge will include:

  • Working within the Management Team to deliver high quality childcare throughout the nursery
  • Promoting partnerships with families and external agencies
  • Ensuring that each child’s wellbeing is met and that they thrive in a safe environment
  • Safeguarding all children in our care
