Our client's nursery is based in Kentish Town. Our client has completed a restoration of a former post office, the space is filled with character while equally purpose-built to support every element of their early years curriculum. The nursery has large playrooms which are filled with natural light. There is a specialist art and cooking room, while outside, the garden comes complete with a water play area, mud kitchen and sandpit.
Our client is looking to recruit a Nursery Manager for their nursery in Kentish Town. Our client was established in 2017 and currently operates 48 nurseries.
Nursery Manager Key Responsibilities:- Promote and facilitate partnership with parents/carers and other family members.
- Develop and maintain highly professional working relationships with relevant Local Authority departments, regulatory bodies and other agencies.
- Manage the occupancy to ensure it shows growth and meets the business aims.
- Maintain accurate accounts for the nursery and produce management information in accordance with company procedures.
- Manage, monitor and control budgets and maintain petty cash systems.
- Identify training needs, develop a training plan and evaluate training undertaken by staff.
- Competitive salary £44,720 - £63,440, based on experience and dedication.
