Our client is a market leader within Sports Coaching, with strong operations across the South East London and Kent locality. Due to continued growth within the company, they are now looking to recruit Lead Sports Coaches to join their successful and progressive team. This role is a Full Time, Permanent position. You must hold a valid driving license and have access to your own vehicle. Travel will be required across sites in SE London and Kent. Business Milleage is paid for travel between sites. You will be required to work across the following capacities :

Our client offers programmes, camps and classes for children age 2-11 years in a wide range of sports. For all sports they provide the curricula and training needed for their coaching staff to succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Plan, deliver, lead and review sports classes and camps according to age specific sports curriculum.
  • Support, motivate and mentor junior coaching staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents, children and clients.
  • Assist with the operational management of the venues, including session planning and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all children receive a high quality and fun sporting experience.
  • Grow and develop the brand by assisting with marketing and promotions of products and services.
